10 warm up routines

Warm-ups are a key part of your daily guitar routine. A common mistake many players make is focusing too much on one technical skill — and ignoring the rest.

You might be working on your left-hand speed, but neglecting the precision of your picking. Stretching your fingers, but missing the string with your pick. Nailing legato, but struggling with alternate picking. Sound familiar?

This course gives you 10 warm-up routines I originally created for myself — to build technique in a complete and balanced way.

Each one targets a specific area of guitar technique, including:

  • String skipping and stretching
  • Alternate picking and legato
  • Arpeggios, double stops, and right-hand finger patterns

Add these to your daily routine, and you’ll start to see progress in speed, accuracy, and control — across the board.

And to keep things fun, each exercise is designed to feel like part of a real song — not just a mechanical drill.

Sounds good? It gets better. Each lesson is interactive — with slow motion video, real-time tablature, and fretboard view, so you can follow along visually and at your own pace.

Leave a comment under any lesson and I’ll answer them during our monthly live Q&A webinar.

That’s how interactive learning works.
That’s what easyguitar.club is all about.
